These terms are a practical baseline for the current Shavigo service and have not been represented as legal advice or as having been reviewed by a lawyer. By using Shavigo, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these terms.

Accounts and profiles

You are responsible for your account, sign-in credentials, and the accuracy of information you provide. Public profile fields and links you choose to publish may be visible to other visitors. Do not use profiles, links, or uploads to impersonate others, mislead users, distribute harmful material, or violate another person's rights.

Competitions and fair play

Players must explicitly join a competition before playing its enabled games. Gameplay, attempts, points, timing, and leaderboard positions are validated by Shavigo's server. Attempts to automate play, replay requests, exploit errors, interfere with other users, manipulate scores, or evade limits are prohibited.

Creator responsibilities and approval

Creators are responsible for accurate competition descriptions, rules, schedules, thumbnails, links, prize details, and lawful delivery of promised rewards. Admin approval controls whether a competition becomes publicly available, but approval is not an endorsement or guarantee of a Creator, reward, external link, or competition claim. Shavigo may request changes, reject, hide, or moderate content.

Rewards and final results

Competition points and leaderboards are specific to each competition. When a competition ends, joining and gameplay stop. Finalization records the official leaderboard and winners. Creators currently pay rewards outside Shavigo and may upload payment proof; Shavigo does not operate a payment gateway or guarantee external payment completion.

Availability and moderation

Shavigo may restrict or disable accounts, remove content, investigate reports, correct technical errors, or protect competition integrity and service security. The service may sometimes be unavailable or changed, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
